As you work agile way in your company, you’ve probably heard about OKR framework (Objectives & Key Results). It’s interesting concept how to make company’s effort visible for all colleagues and somehow more “engage” teams. I’ve spent longer time to study OKR and I’ve found out several flaws in the framework, which might be solved. One of the biggest flaws, which I see, is completely missing connection of Tribes / Squads / Scrum teams to communities of customers.
